Our Ribbon Cutting Celebration!

On Thursday, April 18, 2024, Infinite Energy Advisors marked a significant milestone with our official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Surrounded by our cherished family, friends, colleagues, and esteemed local dignitaries, the event was truly a celebration to remember.

Just last year, we expanded our footprint by adding a standalone warehouse and meeting space in the charming town of Cleveland, Georgia. It didn't take long for us to become enamored with the sense of community in Cleveland and the broader White County area. As a business owner, my perspective was profoundly influenced after joining the White County Chamber of Commerce and witnessing firsthand the incredible support they provide to local businesses.

Cleveland boasts a diverse array of enterprises, ranging from construction and farming to daycare and healthcare. And now, with great pride, Infinite Energy Advisors stands as the first local provider of solar energy solutions in the community.

Our Ribbon Cutting Celebration was a momentous occasion for our entire team, reflecting our commitment to fostering a family-centric atmosphere. At Infinite Energy Advisors, we're dedicated to enhancing communities through sustainable energy solutions, and this event showcased our ongoing efforts to network with key decision-makers at every level of government.

The guest list for our ceremony included esteemed leaders from White County, State Commissioner Tim Echols, Denise Smith (the Chapter Chair of the WPO III (Atlanta) division), fellow business owners, representatives from nonprofit organizations, beloved family members, and supportive friends. Witnessing these influential individuals come together to celebrate our achievements was nothing short of magical.

As the first solar energy company in Cleveland, Georgia, the Ribbon Cutting provided us with a unique opportunity to introduce our services to the community. I had the pleasure of presenting an overview of our operations, showcasing our mock roof used for training and demonstrations, and highlighting our range of products, including residential and commercial solar panels, inverters, optimizers, and attachments. The engagement and enthusiasm from the audience were palpable as I addressed their inquiries and shared insights into solar technology.

Aside from sharing more about our work and operations, I was honored to share my own story through detailing my family history. My story is one that is rooted in the American dream dreamt by immigrants from third world countries who were bold enough to leave home and pursue a better future. My grandmother is an immigrant from Vietnam, who met my Ecuadorian grandfather as he fought alongside American soldiers during the Vietnam war. Both of my grandparents came to this county speaking no English. Their lack of knowledge of English or American culture gave them no other option than to lean on what they knew best: hard work, family dedication, and faith. I grew up hearing the stories of my grandparents learning English by studying English dictionaries by candlelight because they could not afford electricity. I felt the cultural and socioeconomic implications of their struggles my whole life, but found power in the fact that I am a direct representation of their hard work, sacrifices, and dreams. That’s in large what gave me the courage to become a CEO.

I was able to share my grandparents’ stories while simultaneously seeing my grandmother react to the rarity of her being the center of attention. She was so proud, and tears flowed down her eyes on many occasions as she was able to remember the memory of my grandfather, who was the pillar of our entire family. I felt so lucky and blessed to be able to have my grandmother right next to me, and see her pride as she reveled in the fact that her sacrifices paved the way for her granddaughter, in just 3 generations, to be the founder/CEO of a very successful solar energy company at a young age.

Sharing our story, unveiling our products and services, and feeling the unwavering support of our local community during the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was a defining moment in my entrepreneurial journey. I'm immensely grateful for the encouragement and patronage that have propelled our small business to this remarkable milestone. Thank you for being a part of our journey towards a greener, more sustainable future.

Sincerely,

Olivia Amyette | Founder & CEO, Infinite Energy Advisors
