We're thrilled to be back in the office after an unforgettable RE+ conference in the dazzling city of Las Vegas! For those of you following our journey through our blog, you'll know that this marked our inaugural attendance at a Las Vegas RE+ event. To describe it as "huge" would be an understatement of epic proportions.

Let's take a moment to rewind and provide some background on RE+.

This remarkable company is essentially an event-planning powerhouse dedicated to the solar industry, organizing both regional gatherings and one colossal annual event. As an example, this year, our team had the privilege of attending the regional RE+ event in Atlanta, Georgia. These regional gatherings offer a unique opportunity to connect with fellow professionals serving the same territory. They provide an intimate setting where you can engage in in-depth conversations with exhibitors and fellow attendees.

But the real spectacle unfolds at the grand RE+ event held in prominent cities like Las Vegas or Anaheim. This year, the spotlight was on Las Vegas, and it didn't disappoint. The Vegas RE+ boasted an impressive lineup with over 7,000 exhibitors and a whopping 40,000 attendees. The scale of this event was mind-boggling! To put it in perspective, it sprawled across the entire Venetian and most of Caesar's Forum.

There were abundant educational sessions, brief but impactful meetings with industry giants, exposure to cutting-edge solar technology, and even a platform dedicated to showcasing solar projects led by talented students from around the world.

Every exhibitor showcased extravagant booths, but given the sheer number of attendees, many of our more personal meetings with manufacturers had to take place off the RE+ premises. Manufacturers went all out, reserving entire venues like Top Golf and Area15, seizing the opportunity to mix business with leisure in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

Being part of this conference was an extraordinary experience that left an indescribable mark on us. Each conversation with fellow industry leaders and manufacturers served as a powerful reminder of our journey and growth as pioneers in the solar industry. Sharing my story as a minority, woman, and young owner of a solar company opened doors for mentorship and inspired countless young students. The knowledge exchange throughout the conference was nothing short of remarkable, and I'm still processing all that I've learned.

Given this incredible backdrop, it's evident that we managed to pack a whirlwind of experiences into our 4 days at RE+ in Vegas.
